ITS REALLY A MAGIC TRY IT For those using Windows, do the following:

1.) Open a new notepad file

2.) Type "Bush
hid the facts" (without the quotes)

3.) Save it as whatever you want.

4.) Close it, and re-open it.
reason :
the reason for this is that the file has the
combination of 5-3-3-4 which is not accepted by unicode thus this error.
